At Hazel & June Wilmington, we want you to love every piece you receive. If something isn't right, we're here to help.
Return Conditions
- You may register a return only after physically receiving your order.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, including any international shipping fees.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged and in original condition with all tags still attached.
- Trying on is allowed, but wearing is not.
- Ordering multiple sizes with the intention to return is not permitted.
Return Process
- Contact us at info@hazelandjune-wilmington.com within 30 days of receiving your order.
- We will provide you with the return address of our fulfillment partner.
- Ship the item back at your own cost, including any customs or shipping fees.
- We strongly recommend using a shipping method with Track & Trace.
Refunds
Once the returned item is received and inspected, your original purchase amount will be refunded within 14 days via your original payment method.
Liability
- We are not responsible for lost packages if tracking confirms delivery to the address provided by the customer.
- If an incorrect address was provided, this is the responsibility of the customer.
- Address corrections must be reported within 24 hours of placing your order.
