Return Conditions

  • You may register a return only after physically receiving your order.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, including any international shipping fees.
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged and in original condition with all tags still attached.
  • Trying on is allowed, but wearing is not.
  • Ordering multiple sizes with the intention to return is not permitted.

Return Process

  1. Contact us at info@hazelandjune-wilmington.com within 30 days of receiving your order.
  2. We will provide you with the return address of our fulfillment partner.
  3. Ship the item back at your own cost, including any customs or shipping fees.
  4. We strongly recommend using a shipping method with Track & Trace.

Refunds

Once the returned item is received and inspected, your original purchase amount will be refunded within 14 days via your original payment method.

Liability

  • We are not responsible for lost packages if tracking confirms delivery to the address provided by the customer.
  • If an incorrect address was provided, this is the responsibility of the customer.
  • Address corrections must be reported within 24 hours of placing your order.
